A BILL to amend and reenact section fifteen, article thirty-five,
chapter thirty of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine
hundred thirty-one, as amended, relating to reestablishing the
board of licensed dietitians.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

That section fifteen, article thirty-five, chapter thirty of
the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as
amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 35. BOARD OF DIETITIANS.
§30-35-15. Continuation of board.

The board of examiners for licensed dietitians shall be
terminated is reestablished pursuant to the provisions of section
six, article ten, chapter four of this code, and shall terminate on
the first day of July, two thousand one six, unless sooner
terminated, continued or reestablished pursuant to the provisions
of such that article.

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to reestablish the board of
licensed dietitians until July 1, 2006.
